Replace That Tobacco Smoke With Vapor

June 18, 2011.

Nicotine gums was the first nicotine replacement product to come to the market in 1980, just a few years after the US Surgeon General stated that tobacco smoke was dangerous. Since then there have been several other replacement products introduced such as patches, inhalers and many others.

However in 2006 a Chinese company brought out a new product that turned the whole industry on its head and not only that but had the tobacco industry in fear.

This new product was the electronic cigarette. These are basically a cigarette shaped tube that contains a nicotine solution. When the user takes a drag from the device a tiny sensor in the mouth piece detects the air moving and activated a heating element, an atomizer, which turns this nicotine solution into a vapor which can be inhaled by the user. Using an E cigarette is not the completely perfect solution, but it does help to eliminate almost all of the harmful chemicals found in tobacco with the exception of nicotine. They are also considerably cheaper than tobacco, if you use them you are able to save up to 75% of your current smoking bills every month.

The only problem is, where to buy smokeless cigarettes? Because this is a pretty new product it can take quite a bit of time to set up all of the distribution networks. This process is not made any easier by the tobacco industry and their attempts to challenge the safety of these products. Places to buy smokeless cigarettes are currently limited to the internet. Some speciality tobacco stores might stock a couple of brands, but the internet is going to give you a much bigger selection. You are also able to check E cigarette review sites to see which ones are getting the best write ups. When you first start out you will need to buy a starter kit which can cost over $100 in some cases, but you do get your monies worth and after the kit has been bought you will be spending less on refills than you do on tobacco.
