So you want to know the quickest way to lose weight? The first question to answer is how on earth are you going to do it. We are bombarded with weight loss diets, pills and potions but do we need them? You have probably tried the Atkins diet, the high protein low carbohydrate diet, the South Beach diet, the grapefruit diet and now I see there is the HCG diet.
Have you considered trying a diet high in carbohydrates? The one great thing about carbohydrates is that they tend to be very filling. They really are comfort foods, if you imagine eating pasta or a baked potato and its skin, you will feel full very quickly. If you lose the fat, and count the calories I’m sure you could lose weight quite quickly by eating carbohydrates. Just keep your calorie count under about 1200 and make sure you do some exercise every day.
Have you also considered that letting go of the past might help you lose weight. If we have bad feelings towards the past we might be emotionally eating because of it. I recommend you to read free letting go and moving forward quotes in order to get over your past.
For exercise what about giving yourself a wii machine? For you to continue exercising long-term, you really need to find something that is fun and that you really enjoy. Playing tennis on the Wii machine would certainly be fun and enjoyable. You can also make goals for yourself as far as how long you spend on the machine. And if you can afford it, buy yourself the exercise pack because that way you can get a whole variety of exercises to do.
If you follow these two ideas you should be feeling like a new person. Treat yourself to something nice (apart from food) as a reward once you’ve achieved your goals. What about a new pair of jeans, or even a new pair of shoes? Go to the salon and get yourself a new hair style or hair color. This will make you feel much more confident, and you will look forward to showing yourself off.
