We are going to focus on one simple example of hair growth stimulation caused by vitamins. Vitamins for hair growth are gaining popularity, the one that we will single out is Biotin.
Biotin is one of the most essential vitamins in promoting hair growth because it is involved in the very intricate and sensitive metabolic processes in the body. One of the ways biotin works in the body is the body takes biotin (AKA vitamin B7) and combines it with many of the other B vitamins to make the B complex. The B complex is absolutely essential to breaking down food and creating usable energy. Without biotin the body slows down. The body has its own natural regulation systems and the body can selectively slow down these different systems. The decrease in metabolic rates may lead to increased body weight, sluggishness, hair loss.
Leading studies recently are also showing that such vitamins are much rarer than we think. As we continue to examine our chosen example of biotin, we can look at where it comes from and see where the chain is broken. Biotin is found in grains, and as a species no one consumes more grains than humans. But when scientist take a sample loaf of bread from the grocery store shelf, there is little if any biotin content found in it. They think the bleaching and processing of grain to white flour is what strips the flour of biotin.
With the lack of biotin and other such vitamins reaching our bodies, we are at increasingly high risk to suffer from different vitamin deficiencies. Obesity rates are increasing, diabetes risk is increasing, but a package specifically designed to deliver essential hair growth vitamins can not only combat some of these common trends but help grow back hair that looks great.
